Getting quotes from Couriers

I have borrowed this quote today:

This got me thinking "What else do couriers ask, when they get a call for a quote?"

We ask for Post Codes, so we can give accurate pricing, we ask if a two man team is required if the item is over 25kgs. We also ask about how the item is packaged? so we can determine whether it's safe to transport.

What questions does your courier company ask? or are you only interested in a getting a price?
